Registration Information:
The early registration fee is 125 US dollars (USD), payable by credit card or check written in USD.
After July 1, 2002, the registration fee increases to 175 USD.

Tickets for the conference reception and dinner are
included in each registration. Additional tickets for dinner at the Faculty
Club are
priced at 50 USD and can be purchased separately.
Cancellation Policy:
After July 16, there is a charge of $50 for canceling
your registration. No refunds will be given after this date for housing
reservation.
