Prizes and Awards
The CfA has a long history of distinctive accomplishments
in astronomy and astrophysics. A list of awards and prizes received by individual CfA scientists dating back to the 1880's is available.

The CfA also sponsors several prizes and endowed lectures.
Annual endowed lectures recognize the contributions
of distinguished scientists. Annual fellowships and prizes
recognize the achievements of current
and former students in the Harvard University Department of Astronomy.
