Abstract Submission
Deadline: Tuesday, March 3, 2009
Abstracts on projects undertaken with the SMA
may be submitted by e-mail only to
smasci09@cfa.harvard.edu.
Each e-mail abstract submission should include the following four items:
- author(s) and affiliation(s)
- preference for an oral contribution (15+5 minutes) or a poster
- contribution title
- a plain text abstract of no more than 300 words.
Authors who request oral contributions that cannot be accomodated in the
program will be notifed by the SOC and given the option to present posters.
