Title: News on Nus: A Neutrino Universe

Abstract: In this talk we will review the exciting recent developments in the study of neutrinos, from the observation of neutrino mass and mixing on earth and from the sun, to the progress in the initiation of extra-solar neutrino astronomy. In particle physics the surprising nature of neutrinos has begun a major redirection of thinking and of research goals. The role of neutrinos in the universe as we currently understand the situation will be summarized. We will recall motivations for undertaking high energy neutrino astronomy, and take a rapid tour of the dozen or so projects underway around the world.
