The Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory takes pleasure in presenting its 38th year of public lectures on astronomy and astrophysics for the Southern Arizona community. The series presents recent discoveries in astronomy, local research projects, and modern methods used to explore the universe.

News From Mercury: The MESSENGER Mission

All lectures are held in the Green Valley Recreation Center West Auditorium, Green Valley, Arizona. Each 45-minute illustrated lecture is nontechnical and intended for the interested layperson.
