Secure On-Line Ordering (Page 1 of 6)

Use the form below to order services or publications from the MPC, CBAT and/or ICQ using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

When you have finished selecting services and/or publications on this page, use the "Process order" button to check that your order is correct. From that page, follow the instructions to complete the transaction on our secure webserver (where you will enter your credit card details), after which you may view a printable receipt.

Note that this is the first of six HTML pages you have to access in order to complete the transaction. Pages have "Page n of 6" in the title, except for pages 3, 4 and 5, which are served up either by the CF secure webserver or by CyberSource.

Prices quoted below are in US dollars. If paying by foreign credit card, the exchange rate used in the transaction will be set by your card's issuer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MPC ON-LINE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM 2009 OCT. 1. MPC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS SHOULD NOT BE MADE BEYOND THAT DATE. THE IAUCs/CBETs/CS, WHICH ARE SERVICES OF CBAT WILL CONTINUE AS SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES. IF YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION WITH BOTH MPC AND CBAT SERVICES THAT EXPIRES BEFORE OCT. 1, YOU WILL HAVE TO RENEW IN TWO ORDERS: ONE ORDER TO EXTEND BOTH MPC AND CBAT SERVICES TO THE END OF SEPT.; THE OTHER TO EXTEND CBAT SERVICES BEYOND OCT. 1.
