Speakers and Chairs at the Dalgarno 80th birthday
Symposium have been invited to contribute manuscripts to a volume of
Proceedings which will be published by World Scientific.
The manuscripts
should be sent electronically by November 17, 2008 to jbabb@cfa.harvard.edu.
For invited speakers, manuscripts are no more than 15 pages in length,
and for chairs, manuscripts are limited to 5 pages.
Please send the final form of your manuscript in pdf
format. Make sure that all fonts (postscript, Type I) are embedded
in the pdf manuscript. If changes are necessary, we will contact you
so that those changes are incorporated in a revised version.
Authors should use the 9 inch by 6 inch trim size proceedings style
files, available for LaTeX2e and Microsoft Word 6.0/7.0.
