This workshop was jointly organized by the Institute for Theory and Computation (ITC) and the Institute for Theoretical Atomic Molecular and Optical Physics (ITAMP) at the CfA.

The workshop brought together leading practitioners in the physics and chemistry of primordial recombination, reionization, first stars and galaxies, simulations and observations. The main focus was on the physics of the early universe and the chemistry of hydrogen and helium.
