Registration Rates

The registration fee for the KSU-ITAMP workshop is $100 per person and includes:  

 

Registration Methods

          If you have not previously registered for a conference with Kansas State University, you will be asked to create a user profile with a user name and password. If you have registered for a conference with Kansas State University but have forgotten your login information, please call 1-800-432-8222 or 1-785-532-5569.

Payment Information

Payment in full before arriving to the workshop will expedite your check-in on arrival.  A variety of payment options are available to you.  Kansas State University accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and DISCOVER credit cards.  Your personal check or business Purchase Order is also accepted. 

 

Student Travel Awards

A limited number of student travel awards may be available.  If you would like additional information on student travel awards, contact Vinod Kumarappan at vinod@phys.ksu.edu 

 

Registration Confirmation

You should receive an email confirmation of registration and receipt of payment or invoice within 48 hours of registering.  If you do not, please email registration@k-state.edu or call 1-785-532-5569.

Parking at Kansas State University

If you are planning to park at Kansas State University, a campus parking permit is required.   If you are staying at the Holiday Inn on the Campus, you will not need to purchase a parking permit.  The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the K-State campus within roughly a 10 minute walk of all conference venues. 

You may request and pay for a parking permit when you register.  A workshop permit is $15; information about parking on campus will be sent to you two weeks before the meeting if you purchased a permit.

If a permit is not purchased in advance, the price to park in the garage is $1.50 per hour in or $12 per day. 

The Division of Continuing Education is not responsible for parking tickets received by KSU-ITAMP workshop participants.

Cancellation

Please notify the Division of Continuing Education Noncredit Registration Office at registration@k-state.edu  if you need to cancel your attendance or substitute a registration.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the workshop is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Publicity Statement

Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless the Division of Continuing Education Conferences is notified in writing at registration@k-state.edu prior to the start date.

Special Assistance

If you have a disability and need accommodations or have special dietary requirement due to health or religious needs, please indicate services needed at the time of registration. If you have further questions please contact the conference registration office at 1-800-432-8222 or 1-785-532-5569. A notification of needs two weeks before the event is required to be sure accommodations can be provided.
