Please note: travelers who expect to be reimbursed for their airfare must book their tickets through and on U.S. Carriers. The cost of these tickets must also be within the allowable government airfares in order to be eligible for reimbursement.

Enrollment Forms

The  Enrollment Forms can be filled out and returned prior to your visit to ITAMP. These forms will register you in the vendor systems at Smithsonian.  Prior to your arrival  forms will be sent to you via e-mail. Please fax the signed forms to Naomi Tariri at 1-617-496-7668 as soon as possible.

Do not e-mail forms that contain your SSN.

Computer Access & Networks

 All visitors wishing network and computer access during their stay must sign and fax this form to Naomi Tariri@ 1-617-4965-9524 at least a week in advance of their visit.

Visitors Traveling
Under a Visa

Visitors reimbursed for their expenses must sign this no-fee travel form with Naomi Tariri before they leave.

Parking at the CfA

Parking is generally available at the CfA, but the cost is $13/day and is based on a first come first served basis. Passes are available at the Harvard Business office here at the CfA.
