The assumed perihelic 2:3 Neptune-resonance orbits keep 2001 UB17 and
2001 UC17 at least 11 and 14 AU, respectively, from Neptune over a 14 000-year
period. It is possible, though unlikely, that 1993 RP = 2001 UB17, in which
case the object would have a = 33 AU, e = 0.27, i = 6.5 deg.
