The key precovery observations from Nov.-Dec. 2002 were found by M. Meyer
and then the observations from Oct. 2002 and earlier were found by S. Hoenig
from the information supplied about the 2003 discovery on The NEO Confirmation
Page. The 2:3 Neptune-resonance orbit keeps the object more than 13 AU from
Neptune over a 14 000-year period.
