The Minor Planet Electronic Circulars contain information on unusual
minor planets and routine data on comets. They are published
on behalf of Commission 20 of the International Astronomical Union by the
Minor Planet Center, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory,
                          Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A.

From 3566 observations 2002 Oct. 12-2004 May 21, mean residual 0".51.

The "original" and "future" barycentric values of 1/a are +0.000010
and -0.000629 (+/- 0.000001) AU^-1, respectively. A somewhat comparable
nongravitational solution, but satisfying 3750 observations with mean
residual 0".49, gives A1 = -0.15 +/- 0.02, A2 = +0.24 +/- 0.01.
