Save for the diffuse Comet 17P/Holmes, there is no comet brighter than magnitude 10 visible from the Northern Hemisphere.
Meteors
The Eta Aquarid meteors peak on the night of May 5. Rates well above the typical 30 meteors per hour are possible this year - and the sky will be Moonless - but for Northern-Hemisphere observers the radiant lies rather low in the east before dawn.
