Inspecting your SMA Data with corrPlotter

¤ ° ¤
corrPlotter can be used to plot the amplitude and phase of the correlator pseudo continuum, as a function of time. Options allow the display of a single sideband, selected baselines, phase closure, etc. The program can be controlled by keyboard commands or via a menu interface.

On the R&G linux computers, log on to rtdc2 and type, for example: /2006/corrPlotter -m -f /2006/science/mir_data/070903_04:04:31
To resize the plot window, click and drag a corner. Keyboard commands are typed directly on to the plot window. To undo a command, type the previous command again, or click a second time on the source name, etc. A table of common keyboard commands follows:

Keyboard command What is displayed
h List of "keyboard shortcuts". Type any key to get display back.
u USB only. Type "u" again to get both sidebands back.
l LSB only
1-9 baselines that include the typed number
0 all baselines
c closure phases
left click on source name only that source
right click on source name All sources except clicked source, e.g., if want to rescale amplitudes.
