Hazard Communication ("Right to Know") Standard Training
OSHA requires that every employee receive "Right to Know" training; when he/she is hired and before they start working in
the lab. This training is done by Human Resources during orientation.
Lab Standard Training
OSHA requires that every employee who works in a lab containing hazardous chemicals receive "Lab Standard" training. This training is available through the CfA Safety Office (5-7478).
