    The changes in the users' interface routines are minor. Most are
the compatibility issues for the new SMA data which involves 49 spectral
windows.

Most changes are in the SMA subs (.c and .for). I also noticed
that over the past year there have been quite significant changes made
to the UV I/O which may affected on the SMA new subs. The compatibility
problems with the new UV I/O can be picked up or be fixed while
merging the SMA subs with the current version (4.1.5) on my linux.
