Subject: Data files in the new format

I took some data yesterday in the new data format. I ran the old
dataCatcher in parallel with the new dataCatcher, so there are two
directories for each test configuration - one in the science directory,
holding the data in the current format, and one in the engineering
directory, holding the same scans in the proposed new format. Each data
set contains scans on two sources. The weather was quite poor during the
test, but the sources were detected and we had phase closure.

Here are the pairs of files:

Uniform 128 channels/chunk (block 2 dead) Double Bandwidth:
/data/science/mir_data/121119_20:35:39/
/data/engineering/mir_data/121119_20:35:39/

restartCorrelator -s32 -s5-8:0 -s41-44:0 -s10:256 -s14:1024 -s13:0 -s15
-16:0 -s33-36:0
/data/science/mir_data/121119_20:53:36/
/data/engineering/mir_data/121119_20:53:36/

Single bandwidth mode:
restartCorrelator -s256 -s5-8:0
/data/science/mir_data/121119_21:27:19/
/data/engineering/mir_data/121119_21:27:19/

I will take more data in additional configurations this afternoon.
