Hi Jun-Hui

I've tested the new version on newer and older data files with zeroed
channels/chunk and it seems to behave as expected for all the files
I tested.

The if1/if2 options in smauvspec are also working great.

My only suggestion would be to eventually remove the warning
about option=if1 plotting the 1st IF data etc, as it seems sort of
unlikely anyone would accidentally add that without knowing what
they were trying to do :P

The pipeline script can now handle correctly data files with numerous
zeroed chunks.

Many thanks for the fast revisions!

Cheers
Glen
