Subject: Re: Miriad uvflag with edge keyword runs into segmentation fault

Dear Vivien,
For the data converted through SMA Miriad path (smalod),
one needs to split the uvdata into spectral chunks for further
using Miriad uv tasks that involve the function "edge".
Here is the link for the usage of smasplt:
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/sma/miriad/manuals/SMAuguide/smauserhtml/smasplt.html
There might be bugs replated to some specific files; please
fill up the bugReport form (http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/sma/miriad/download/bugRpt/)
and give the original file name (e.g. 120813_03:37:15).
Please let us know whether the problem can be solved by smasplt or
more peculiar and need us pay specific attention.
For handling polarization data, we have given example scripts
for end-to-end data reduction (bottom rows in
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/sma/miriad/spec/SMAscripts/).
Please follow the steps given in the scripts.
    Thanks.
