it possible this is when you tried to use the bug report?

 Hi Pat,
   I heard that Glen P. had a problem with the Miriad at site.
Would you please advise him to fill up a bugReport to report
what was wrong with the software/computer system at Hawaii site.
I will look into the system and make a diagnosis and fix the problem.
I will take an annual leave on Monday.
