Subject: Re: SMA MIRIAD Bug Report

Hi Nimesh:
I checked uvaver with the file /pool/nimesh/sahai/miriadCal/i05506_rx0.usb.tsys
I repeated the error message
"### Fatal Error [uvaver]: rdhdl_c: item
interval not an int8 or small enough int4".
Any tasks and programs using rdhdl_c appear to be in trouble with
your file somehow. I don't fully
understand the problem. The problem seems to be not related 4GHz
doubleband data. It appears to be a specific problem related to this
particular file. Presumably, your file i05506_rx0.usb.tsys was created
from i05506_rx0.usb SMAFIX after tsys correstion. If so here is my
suggestion:
1) redo smafix

\rm -r i05506_rx0.usb.tsys
smafix vis=i05506_rx0.usb out=i05506_rx0.usb.tsys \
        device=/xs xaxis=time \
        yaxis=systemp nxy=2,4   \
        options=tsyscorr,2GHz

2) do uvaver
\rm -r bpcalusb_1
uvaver vis=i05506_rx0.usb.tsys select='source(0532*)' out=bpcalusb_1
options=nocal,nopass

Make sure add a "*" after 0532 in the selection fo source if you mean
source 0532+075. There appears no source name 0532 in your data.
