Dear Shih-Ping,
The version (SmaUvSpec: version 1.13 16-mar-06) that you
are using appears to be out of date. The latest version
(SmaUvSpec: version beta 15-mar-11) in the SMA beta Miriad 1.3.1
has taken care of the doubleband issue handling 48 spectral windows.
Please check the website http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/sma/miriad/download/
for the updating information and download.
Your other suggestions on smauvspec are good and
will be taken care.
    Jun-Hui

Occured_Notes: SmaUvSpec: version 1.13 16-mar-06

Description: smauvspec cannot deal with 48 window data with bandpass and gain solutions
after doing bandpass calibration (smamfcal).
One can only plot the spectrum after applying the bandpass and gain solutions (uvaver).

minor suggestion: can we use different color to plot data with different polarization in the same window
