Subject: Smafix

Hi Nimesh:
    Is the message something like:
"### Fatal Error [smafix]: Calibration tables present: input data file
supposes to be a raw data file."?
This is not a code problem. This is a warning message
(fatal users' error) to prevent multiple corrections for amplitude
and advise users to carry out smafix before any other calibrations.
To remove the gain tables, just move to the subdirector of
the vis data and type "rm gains" and "rm bandpass".
I would not recommand to do so before run smafix since
"rm gains" and "rm bandpass" do not change the amplitude corrections
that one has applied to the data.
The correct way is to find the raw data (before any calibrations
applied) and rerun smafix.
