I thought we did flux and bandpass everytime you use the DoFlux and DoPass
routines in the scripts, but there was some reason specifying gain was
tricky. If we do manual (unscripted) flux or bandpass calibration as we
often do just for convenience to make primers handoff to first shifters
easier, these flags will not get used unless put in by the operators by
hand.
