Subject: Test SWARM Correlator data files

Dear SMA Data Stakeholder,

The new format files are taking up a large amount of space in Hawaii.
We're essentially consuming disk space ~12 times faster than we were in
the past. We can't afford to do that indefinitely in the realtime data
area (/sma/rtdata/newFormat/...) so we are going to start purging datasets
from that area periodically. These files will still be available under
/sma/data/newFormat... so no test files are actually being discarded.
You'll just need to look for them in a different place.
