Very High Spectral Resolution

Owing to a limited number of correlator chips, a correlator mode for very high spectral resolutions involves hybrid spectral resolutions giving some empty data chunks. The task smalod has been implemented to convert SMA data to Miriad . In order to keep the same nomenclature for the spectral windows' (chunks') identification, each of the empty chunks are padded with a flagged chunk. The discussion on handling hybrid spectral resolution data in the previous is also relevant to handling very high spectral resolution data.
