Interactive System Temperature Flagging

Variables 'antel' and 'systemp' have been added to the axis selection in smablflag so that system temperature as function of either time or antenna elevation (or other variables supported) can be selected to do the interactive flagging.

This is a useful feature for the SMA users to meticulously flag the bad data points as indicated by the Tsys measurements which are occasionally present.

smablflag displays the geometrical mean of the Tsys measurements from two antennas for each of the baselines. Large discrepant data points in Tsys are likely subject to a certain problem and it would be wise to flag out the corresponding data. The interactive flagging of system temperature is, in general, recommended to be carried out before the systemp correction using smafix.

Usage:

smablflag vis=h30a_rx0.usb device=/xs axis=time,systemp
or
smablflag vis=h30a_rx0.usb device=/xs axis=antel,systemp
