This looks like magic, but it's not. I put a tissue into a glass and dunk the glass under water. What will happen to the tissue?

The tissue gets wet as the water filled the glass, of course!
The tissue stays dry because the air in the glass fills the space and keeps the water out.
The tissue stays dry because the water only fills up about half of the glass.
