The SWEAP Investigation is a multi-institution project lead by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory in Cambridge, Mass. Other members of the SWEAP team come from the University of California, Berkeley Space Sciences Laboratory, The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, The University of Alabama Huntsville, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
