		The only UVCS activity today was an adjustment of the EC1 
	and EC2 heaters. The new setpoint is 160, changed from the previous 
	value of 150. These heaters were changed yesterday, but the 
	temperatures that they reached were higher than desired. 
	The new setpoints should allow the temeratures to drop a little. 
	The desired power setting requested by M. Coyle is 40%. 	
	The setpoints estimated yesterday were apparently too high, 
	so new lower setpoints have been entered.
