        SCI_SPEC: This observation is to study the corona near the north pole
                  in conjuction with the Ulysses north polar pass.
                  The north polar coronal hole is reappearing after this
                  solar maximum. One objective is to compare this new
                  polar coronal hole with that in the solar minimum.

                  Proton storm since the halo CME/X2.6 flare event on Sep. 24
                  continues. Data have high background level.
