                  Solar Eclipse. The observations will focus on determinations
                  of O5+ outflow speeds in polar plumes and determinations of
                  the electron density. Plume structures are to be traced out 
                  to heights within the LASCO field of view.

		  NOTE: This observation is a synoptic type characterization
		  	of the corona prior to actual eclipse study.
