	SCI_SPEC: To characterize the physical parameters (densities, 
		  temperatures, abundance, flows) of coronal hole plumes 
		  with coordinated multi-spacecraft observations, and relate 
		  changes in the photospheric magnetic fields with changes 
		  in the observed plasma properties in order to understand 
		  the physical processes that lead to the formation of these 
		  stable  structures.
