	1) Thermal Equilibration of UVCS in Soft Safe Configuration

	Sequence: none

	SCI_SPEC: UVCS is recovered from Hard Safe Configuration into a Soft 
		  Safe configuration in order to allow UVCS temperatures to 
		  return to nominal.  
		  
		  Detector High Voltage remains ramped down and turned off.
		  Instrument is rolled to the nominal East (35156 Engineering
	          Units), and Mirror / Occulter is set at 1.5 Solar Radii 
                  with 1.5 mm overocculting. UVCS Aperture Door is open. 
		  Internal Mirror / Occulter Heater set to 0% duty cycle. 

		  FOT told to continue to use UVCS ESR Limit Table.

		  Expected Limit Violation sheets submitted to FOT via SOC
		  for any expected limit violations during this time.  

		  FOT component of UVCS recovery, including enabling of the 
		  ESR Warning at 16:19 UT and Experiment Offpoint Flags (at, 
		  16:23 UT, and the TSU Substitution Heater (Circuit #84) OFF  
		  completed at 16:27 UT
