	1) Recover UVCS from Modified Hard Safe Configuration

	Sequence: Manual

	SCI_SPEC: UVCS is recovered from Hard Safe Configuration into a Soft 
		  Safe configuration in order to allow UVCS temperatures to 
		  return to nominal.  
		  
		  Detector High Voltage remains ramped down and turned off
		  instrument is rolled to nominal East (35156 Engineering 
		  Units).  The Mirror stays at 1.5 Solar Radii with 1.5 mm 
		  overocculting.  UVCS Aperture Door is opened at this time, 
		  Internal Mirror / Occulter Heater set to 0% duty cycle 
		  (255).  OVI Detecor Timing and Charge Thresholds set.
 
		  FOT told to continue to use UVCS ESR Limit Set.

		  FOT component of UVCS recovery, including enabling of the 
		  ESR Warning at 20:35 UT and Experiment Offpoint Flags (at, 
		  20:39 UT, and the TSU Substitution Heater (Circuit #84) OFF  
		  completed at approximately 20:43 UT

		  UVCS NRT portion of recovery begins at approximately 
		  20:44 UT

	3) Thermal Equilibration of UVCS in Soft Safe Configuration

	SCI_SPEC: UVCS is recovered from Hard Safe Configuration into a Soft 
		  Safe configuration in order to allow UVCS temperatures to 
		  return to nominal.  
		  
		  Detector High Voltage remains ramped down and turned off.
		  Instrument is rolled to the nominal East (35156 Engineering
	          Units), and Mirror / Occulter is set at 1.5 Solar Radii 
                  with 1.5 mm overocculting. UVCS Aperture Door is open.

		  FOT told to continue to use UVCS ESR Limit Table.

		  Expected Limit Violation sheets submitted to FOT via SOC
		  for any expected limit violations during this time.  

		  New Business: DAWN spacecraft emergency has caused the
		  loss of DSS-24 pass for 19 February, resulting in a 20
		  hour, 25 minute gap in contact with SOHO.  Decision is
		  made to re-safe UVCS on DSS-54 pass, 19 February.
