			**The last two commands of the background sequence were
			  were not loaded due to a communication problem between
			  the uplink station and SOHO. The communication problem
			  persisted throughout the DSN pass and a flush/abort
			  sequence was not possible. The abbreviated background
			  measurement sequence continued until a flush/abort was
			  performed the following day, 24 May.
