I am an Astrophysicist at the
Smithsonian Astrophysical
Observatory, part of the
Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, and I am also a
Lecturer in the
Astronomy Department of
Harvard University.
My main research interests are (1) the formation of stars and planets
and (2) the development of aperture synthesis techniques.
Part of my science program is associated with the
Submillimeter Array
near the summit of
Mauna Kea, Hawaii.
