        The DISTANT ARTIFICIAL SATELLITES OBSERVATION (DASO) Circulars
         are a private publication by staff of the Minor Planet Center
          and are intended to disseminate astrometric observations of
                         distant artificial satellites.

                              EDITORIAL NOTICE

     An updated trajectory is now available for Herschel.  The following
identifications apply to the provisionally-designated HPOx objects:

  HPO1 = 2009-026D
  HPO2 = Herschel
  HPO3 = 2009-026C
  HPO4 = 2009-026E
  HPO5 = 2009-026F

Following an e-mail exchange with J. McDowell (CfA), the designations
2009-026E and -026F have been assigned by the editor in order to maintain
some consistency in the designations.

The designations are being changed in the archive of observations, but
the previously-issued circulars will not be changed.
