The Accretion Gas around the Supermassive Black Hole at The Galactic Center

Sgr A*, a compact radio source, is believed to be associated with the supermassive black hole at the Galactic center. With the SMA observations of the ${\rm H30\alpha}$ recombination line toward the central 2 parsec region, we are studying the accretion of the ionized gas in the vicinity of Sgr A* (SMA Newsletter )
