The CASPER2019 Workshop is intended to gather FPGA, GPU, and heterogeneous system engineers and programmers to discuss instrumentation, and algorithm development and implementation in radio astronomy, as well as open-source tools and libraries.

The Workshop will be held during August 12 - 16. The first days will feature teaching tutorials on fundamental CASPER and radio astronomy topics. The later days will feature research presentations in the morning followed by hands-on tutorials and break-out sessions in the afternoon.

Further details of the Workshop can be found on this website, and information on CASPER generally here. Presentations typical of the topics represented can be found here.

Registration for the workshop is scheduled to close on July 29, though it may be possible to arrange late registration via the LOC. Partial support is available for students and early-career researchers. Please see the Registration page for further details.
