Title:Modeling Feedback from Low-Mass Stars: Radiation, Outflows, and Winds

Abstract: Low-mass stars influence their surroundings through a variety of feedback processes. However, because they are less energetic than high-mass stars, their contributions are often ignored. In this talk, I will discuss numerical simulations of protostellar heating, protostellar outflows, and B star winds and assess the role of these processes in the context of molecular clouds and star formation. I will demonstrate that such feedback has important implications for the IMF, stellar multiplicity, the star formation efficiency of dense gas, and cloud turbulence.
