Human Resources: Welcome: Orientation
 

On your first day, you will meet with the HR Assistant assigned to your department or division. The HR Assistant will answer any questions, collect your completed employment-related forms or assist you with completing the forms, verify and record the I-9 documentation you bring, and show you a safety film.

The information you provide on these forms will establish you as an employee in our payroll system.

Note: The forms below are applicable to both Federal and Trust Fund employees. At the end of this list, an additional three forms for Federal employees and one for Trust Fund employees must also be completed.
