    Many topical problems in biophysics, tokamak edge plasma, as well as in astrophysics require accurate electron-molecule collisional data over vast energy scales (1meV-100eV). In particular data (cross-sections, rate coefficients, branching ratios) is urgently needed for collisions of electrons with vibrationally excited molecules. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together people from astrophysics, biophysics, and tokamak edge plasma communities with the quantum-chemistry community. ITAMP workshops are ideal settings for furthering exchange of ideas and building collaborations.
