You must fill in both fields: "Project Code" and "SMA registered email".

User Verification

Your email address is used to verify your identify as an authroized user. It must therefore match the email address that is registered with the SMA Observer Center. If you change your email in the SMA Observer Center it will take ~24 hours for the change to be propagated to the proprietary archive database.

Only PIs and authorized users have access to the data through this form. Co-inverstigators are not automatically authorized users and must be manually added by the PI.
PIs can add authroized users from their project overview page in the SMA Observer Center.

Rebinning

You can select a rebin factor to be applied to your data. If rebinning is requested, this will be performed with the SMARechunker program, and the data directory will have 'binx' appended to its name.

To request multiple rebinning factors, use the back button your browser to reselect.

Data Retrieval

You will receive an email with a link to your data. Depending on filesize, rechunking requirements, and network performance, this should take 15-30 minutes though can take significantly longer. If computer issues prevent the file retrieval, the matter will be dealt with manually by the RTDC and you will receive an email letting you know the situation.

The email link you receive will take you to a directory that will exist for 7 days. If you have not downloaded the data by then you will have to resubmit your request.
