Basic Information on micchi

Task: micchi
Purpose: Calculates chi2 bewteen obs and models from populations solution
Categories: models

Calculates chi2 between emergent line intensity for a spherical gas 
distribution based on level population solutions from micsph and
observational data set input in data file.

Key: pops
MIRIAD image containing level population solutions output by
a program such as micsph.
NO default.

Key: cell
Spacing for calculation in arcseconds. The cell should
be chosen to be much smaller than the beam used of the observations.
A factor of 10 to 20 smaller than the beam diameter is best.
Default = 1.0

Key: dist
Distance to model cloud in pc. This is required to set the proper
scale in physical units.
Default = 150.

Key: data
Input data file containing positions, line freqs, tr, sigma for
each data point

Key: log
Name of output log file, if desired. Default is standard output.
