Uvflag: Flagging Selected Chunks and Baselines

The Miriad task uvflag is used to change flags corresponding to the visibility data. Using the keywords select, line and edge, one can select a part of the uv-data that have been identified with problems. For all selected correlations, the flags are then set to the value specified with the keyword flagval. An example is provided below of flagging the bad correlations shown in the data inspection process:

uvflag% inp
 Task:   uvflag
  vis      = gc_rx1.lsb.tsys
  select   = window(1,2,3,4),ant(5)(8)
  line     =
  edge     =
  flagval  = flag
  options  =
  log      =
The setup above is to flag the four spectral chunks (s1-4) on the baseline 5-8.
