Short Biography

Patrick Slane

Pat Slane is an astrophysicist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Dr. Slane uses NASA's Chandra X-Ray Observatory to study supernova remnants, neutron stars, and high-energy cosmic rays. In his free time, he goes camping with his family. He is also a self-proclaimed "avid, almost-neurotic, fan of the Beatles."
