Empirical model parameters:

Modeled outflow velocity over the poles, derived from H I Lyman alpha and O VI Doppler dimming. Each ion is represented by two models which contain lower and upper limits for the parallel microscopic speed, and the region between generally estimates the modeling uncertainties. The upper and lower edges of the proton mass flux conservation region represent nonradial divergence factors of f = 1 (lower edge), and f_max = 6.5 (upper edge).
