Email sent announcing schedule:

Hi--

I have just placed a schedule for the 2/24-25 M4 SAG meeting at http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/~agoodman/m4

The schedule begins with a presentation on the expected capabilities of M4, followed by systematic discussion of topics that M4 might address, followed by general discussions intended to produce a very short list of very specific important questions answerable with M4.

You will notice that each person on the committee is paired with a topic for discussion at the meeting. The hope is that these "discussion leaders" will have time before the meeting to think some about the relation between M4 and the listed topic. If you would like to show a handful of viewgraphs, that's fine, but it is NOT our intention that anyone prepare formal presentations to fill the listed time slot.

Some of you have already provided short (~1 page) written summaries of the topic(s) you've been paired with on the schedule. We would appreciate if everyone could do this, and I will post the contributions at the WWW site listed above as soon as I receive them. We will also distribute printed versions of this material on 2/24.

Provisions have been made to provide all of your meals and transportation during the meeting. The Rialto dinner on Monday night is our thanks to you, and we hope everyone will be able to join us--Chris will be choosing the wine!

I will be away observing from 2/17-2/20, and Dan and Terry will be out at Ball Aerospace from 2/20-2/21. So, you won't hear much from us next week. We will, however, check our email with some frequency in case any questions come up.

If you have any last-minute logistical questions, and email doesn't provide a quick enough reply, please call David Fox at 617-496-7617.xx

I look forward to seeing everyone.

Thanks,

Alyssa
